Geeves recently won the skills “Scaffolding training company of the year” award at the annual SARNZ conference in chch. The judges said:
“While compliance and regulatory training requirements are met, there is a noted focus on personal development and worker progression. November 2016 – This Hoon Hay Heritage House is a Christchurch City Council restoration and strengthening project. The Geeves Keder roof solution was selected by Amalgamated Builders Ltd over all other alternatives as it allowed a change in construction methodology. The removable membrane sections on the Keder roof allows the steel for roof bracing to be craned into position rather than using manual handling. This reduced the length of the construction program and overall cost of delivery for our client
